On September 3, 2022, in collaboration with the coordinating body for women’s organization (BKOW), the Karawo group held an entrepreneurship seminar with the theme “Preserving the Karawo Ikat as a Cultural line of Gorontalo Women”. Mrs. Lailany, head of the Karawo research group, moderated this event for the speakers: Mrs. Nurinda Rahim, the chairperson of BKOW, and Prof. Sakakibara Masayuki, the project leader of SRIREP. Dr. Jahja succeeded in the role of the SRIREP project leader at this event due to an accident that happened to him during his visit to Gorontalo in September. (2022.09.04)
